Morter Forensics is a music publishing administration company based in Pennsylvania. We register, collect and account for our clients' songs worldwide, and we audit every catalog we take on so gaps get caught early.
Many catalogs are

Songs get registered with the wrong writer, the wrong split or no publisher at all. Distributors shut down and take the payee data with them. Mechanicals sit unmatched. Many artists never find out, because nobody is checking.

He works directly with every client and their team, and with The MLC, ASCAP, BMI, SoundExchange and societies overseas. The industry relies on artists being too busy to check the math. He checks the math.
