Publishing administration,
done properly.
Administration is the core of what we do: registering your songs, collecting what they earn and paying you clearly. Forensic recovery, label audits and catalog planning are built around it.
Publishing
administration
We act as your publishing administrator. You keep 100% ownership of your songs, and we handle the registrations, collection, licensing and accounting a publisher would. Every client starts with a full catalog audit, so we fix what is broken before we start collecting.
15% of administered royalties. No monthly retainers. Every fee is in your agreement.
Who it's for
Artists & songwriters
Independent or signed, self-released or on a label. If you write songs and nobody is administering your publishing, money is likely going uncollected.
Managers & labels
One agreement per artist, covering their full catalog. We copy your team on paperwork and work directly with you as the catalog backend.
Legacy catalogs & estates
Older catalogs are often where registrations are most out of date. We map who is being paid, fix it and set up administration in the right name.
Find it.
Fix it. Release it.
Broken metadata, detached IPIs, unlinked works and distributor failures leave royalties stuck in suspense. We sweep your catalog across The MLC, SoundExchange and global PROs, trace the gaps, correct them at the source and push the back pay through.
20% of recovered back pay. $0 upfront. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing.
We pull your registrations at every society and compare them against your releases.
We find what is missing, mismatched, duplicated or paying someone else.
We file the claims and corrections with the societies and distributors involved.
Back pay is released and paid out to you. Recovery-only clients are accounted monthly.
Recovery can stand on its own, but many clients keep us on for administration afterward so the same gaps don't open up again.
Check the math
on your deal.
Legacy record and publishing deals are notorious for creative accounting. We take your original contracts and review the statements against them: physical sales discrepancies, buried streaming deductions, recoupment balances and rates that don't match what you signed.
Most contracts include an audit clause with a time limit, so it is worth looking sooner rather than later. We keep it professional: request the ledgers, run the numbers, present what we find.
Know what your
catalog is worth.
A clear picture of what your catalog earns and why: income by song, source and territory, registration health, and the gaps that are holding the number down. Useful before a sale, a financing conversation or estate planning.
Flat project fee. Quoted up front based on catalog size and complexity.
Keep it paying
the right people.
Split sheets, ownership records, agreements and society accounts organized in one place, with a clear plan for who controls and collects the catalog in the future. We work alongside your attorney and accountant.
Flat project fee. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

free catalog review.
We take on a limited number of new catalogs each quarter. Send us your artist name and Spotify link, and we will check your registrations across the societies and show you what you are collecting, what you are missing and whether we are the right fit.
